Providing the most modern, energy-efficient glass facades available to date for more than a dozen new industrial warehouses constructed along Sun Valley Road and Campus Drive in Fort Worth, Texas. Econo Glass Co. fabricated and installed storefront systems, entry doors, and full curtain wall systems to deliver a clean, contemporary aesthetic.

A key challenge in this project was integrating sleek, sustainable architectural elements with the clear-span functionality and efficiency of traditional metal buildings. These structures needed to offer modern curb appeal while remaining flexible enough to suit the unique operational needs of each tenant—unlike many spec-type buildings that often limit adaptability. With the goal of attracting Fortune 500 tenants to Sun Valley Industrial Park, every detail was approached with the highest level of design intent and execution
